Our approach is to create complex, full tasting beers with a relaxed style and charm that expresses our Hawaii based roots. Although we brew more than a dozen beers regularly, we have selected our top ales and lagers to package and deliver to fine markets and restaurants throughout Hawaii, select mainland US states and Japan. We stamp each bottle with the beer's born-on date to ensure our discriminating fans that they can find the freshest beer available!
