Our ales and lagers are handcrafted with the best ingredients available, some with authentic ingredients from the islands. Our approach is to create complex, full tasting beers with a relaxed style and charm that expresses our Hawaii based roots. Although we brew over a dozen beers regularly, we have selected our top ales and lagers to package and deliver to fine markets and restaurants throughout Hawaii and select markets throughout the United States, in Japan and China.
